
I've decided that I need to post my weekly menu somewhere to help keep me on track. (both health and budget wise.) I know I am a day late, but here is the plan:
Monday~ leftover tacos
Tuesday~ Onion and garlic Pork Roast, brown rice, green beans
Wednesday~ leftovers
Thursday~ Makeover Mac and Cheese, salad, cantaloupe
Friday~ Tortellini with marinara sauce, salad, applesauce
Saturday~ eat out
Sunday~ Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
